The Secrets of Landscape Photography in the Highlands - An entertaining and inspirational talk by Karl Griffin. An informal and inspiring talk with Karl Griffin, founder of Glencoe Photography, who will reveal the secrets to capturing the perfect shot, with plenty of visual examples from his stunning library! Discover how to read the weather and work with natural light, master composition, connect with the spectacular Highland landscape surrounding us, basic camera settings, and how to use filters to elevate your images. Karl's passion for photography and coaching is infectious. If you are new to landscapes, have your camera hiding in the back of the cupboard, or want to take your photography to the next level, this is a must see. The evening will feature Karl’s stunning photographs from across the Highlands, including Assynt, Applecross, the Isle of Skye, Lochaber, and of course Glencoe, and will finish with an audience Q&A. In 2009, Karl Griffin made a bold career change and founded Glencoe Photography. Since then, he has coached countless photographers, been published in several magazines, led workshops for German Photomag, American Hunts Photography, and American Frames Photography, and guided visitors through the spectacular landscapes of Glencoe and the Highlands.
